Growing up, Drew experienced firsthand how poor instruction, preventable injuries, and misguided training can derail progress. 


That experience shaped his coaching philosophy and long-term mission.


Over the past 15 years, Drew has worked with athletes of all levels, focusing on movement quality, performance development, and building resilient, capable bodies.


Boldt Performance represents the culmination of that journey, a system designed to provide individualized training guided by evaluation, objective data, and proven coaching principles.
