Drew Cobin knows this firsthand. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a professional athlete. But despite his talent and relentless effort, a lack of proper instruction led to pain, injury, and disappointment.
That experience fueled Drew’s lifelong mission: to become the kind of coach he needed when he was younger. He studied Exercise Science in college, learned from elite coaches, and has spent over a decade refining his craft through constant education and hands-on experience.
Over the past 14 years, Drew has worked with a wide range of people, from youth athletes to professionals, adults dealing with pain or health conditions, and everyday clients striving for better health and confidence. His strengths lie in communication, problem-solving, and evidence-based coaching expertise.
BOLD/T Performance is the culmination of this journey, a system designed to provide the individualized training and guidance Drew wishes he had.
