Drew studied exercise science in college, learned from elite coaches, and constantly seeks out the best resources to continue to improve his craft.
Drew has worked with many different kinds people in his coaching experience. He's worked with general population adults, individuals with pain &/or health conditions, elite professional athletes, and young kids over the last twelve years as a health & performance coach.
